By leasing or purchasing a machine from Shakespeare Coffee, you will benefit from a guaranteed servicing contract.  We provide next working day call-out, should you have any difficulties with our machines.  Vending repair staff are available throughout the UK, which means that we are one of the only coffee companies who will provide this guarantee.

We operate a telephone helpdesk which is available Monday to Friday 9-00am to 5-00pm to answer queries and book a visit from our trained vending technicians.

For beverage orders, you can telephone and order directly over the phone for next-day delivery, alternatively you can order through this website for next-day delivery.
